Terms and Conditions

Software Development & Consulting Services

Welcome! We invite you to read, in plain language, the guidelines for using our informational website and the general terms under which Qui-IT provides tech consulting and software development services in Mexico.

We want to keep this as straightforward as possible, avoiding the long, boring legalese that nobody actually reads.

1. What is this website for?

This website is purely informational. Its only purpose is to introduce our team, showcase our custom software development, integration, and automation services, and provide you with a quick way to get in touch with us.

2. Quotes and Proposals

Nothing displayed on this site constitutes a binding final contract. If you request a quote via WhatsApp, email, or a form, we will analyze your technical needs. Real pricing and timelines are only valid once we issue a formal, written proposal and both parties agree to it.

3. How We Work (Contracts & Deliverables)

Before we start writing the first line of code for your project, we will sign a formal service agreement. This contract will detail the exact scope (what is included and what is not), delivery dates, costs, payment milestones, support periods, and warranties. No informal conversation replaces what is agreed upon in the signed contract.

4. Designs and Code (Intellectual Property)

Everything on this website (logos, texts, images, layout, and animations) belongs to Qui-IT. You cannot copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

For any custom software we build for you, the ownership of the source code and licensing terms will be clearly established in our signed service agreement.

5. Responsibilities

We do our best to keep this website fully operational, fast, and secure. However, we cannot guarantee it will never go offline due to external network or hosting issues. We are also not responsible if you provide incorrect contact details, preventing us from responding to your inquiries.

6. Governing Law

Any questions or disputes regarding this informational site are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any formal issues will be handled by the competent courts in Mexico City, though we will always strive to resolve any disagreements through direct, friendly conversation first.
